    • If there is an issue with the delivery then you are responsible for the package once you accept it. So, check the package before confirming the delivery to be eligible for a refund.
    • If you face any issue then raise a complaint with the support team and Foodpanda will try to resolve the valid issues within 5 working days. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be initiated.
